Bourbon-Brown Sugar Glazed Ham

1 Tender Belly Spiral Cut Ham
1 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup bourbon
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon thyme, minced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place ham in a roasting pan and roast for 25 minutes. In a small mixing bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.

Remove ham from the oven. Use a pastry brush to glaze the ham with half of the brown sugar mixture. Roast for 20 more minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 140 degrees. Brush ham with remaining brown sugar mixture.
