Frybread

1 cup milk
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
Oil for frying

In a small saucepan or in the microwave, heat milk and honey until slightly warm. In a bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Slowly add the milk-honey mixture to the flour and stir until soft dough is formed. On a floured surface, knead dough gently. Do not overwork dough. Cut into eight equal pieces. Use rolling pin to roll out each piece in circles about a ½-inch thick. Fry on each side until golden brown.
