Farmers Market Chopped Salad

Make this salad your own by choosing different varieties or colors of tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, herbs or berries.


Place the dressing ingredients in a large bowl and whisk with a fork until smooth. Add all the salad ingredients and toss to evenly coat with the dressing. Enjoy right away. To eat at a later time, store salad and dressing separately until ready to eat.

2 cups lettuce, chopped

4 ounces grilled chicken, diced

1/2 cup tomato, diced

1/2 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup strawberries, diced

1/2 cup bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup red onion, small diced

2 tablespoons basil, minced


2 teaspoons olive oil

2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon honey

Salt and pepper
