15 oz. center cut boneless pork chops

(3 pork chops)

salt

ground black pepper

1 Tbsp vegetable oil

2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp chopped Italian parsley

Honey Sauce:

2½ Tbsp Wildflower Honey

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp apple cider vinegar

3 dashes cayenne pepper

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides. Mix all of the ingredients in the Honey Sauce together. Heat a cast iron skillet on high heat. Add the vegetable oil and 1 Tbsp of the butter. Add the pork chops and pan fry each side for 3-4 minutes each, or until the surface turns brown.

Push the pork chops to one side of the skillet and add the remaining butter. Add the garlic and sauté for 10 seconds. Add the Honey Sauce and cook until it turns amber brown. Spoon over pork chops. Garnish with parsley.
