Nature & Wildlife Discovery Center’s summer day camps are here! In an effort to keep the campers and staff healthy, the center opted to cancel overnight camps and focus its energy on operating safe day camps for all ages with the following guidelines in place:
- A maximum of 12 campers each
- Daily health screens conducted upon arrival
- Frequent handwashing
- Easy access to running water and soap
- Frequent sanitizing and disinfection of surfaces and equipment
- Masks and outdoor-appropriate face coverings recommended and provided by NWDC
- All transportation must be provided by parents/guardians
- All activities adapted to encourage physical distancing
Summer camps run from June 22-July 31. Ages 6-15. Grades 1-10. Scholarships are available to help with tuition. At the Nature & Wildlife Discovery Center, Beulah and Pueblo.
