Eric’s Pork Chops

6-8 lean pork chops
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons oil
1 can Progresso chicken and wild rice soup

Dredge pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic powder. Brown in oil in large skillet. Place browned chops in crockpot. Add can of soup. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

A note from Helen: “This is the only soup that works well in this recipe. You can make this totally gluten-free by using a gluten-free flour, and it will still taste divine.”
