Heidi’s Turkey Salad with Cranberries and Almonds

2 cups leftover turkey breast, diced
3/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup apple, chopped
1/3 cup parsley, minced
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup sliced almonds
3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt

In a large bowl, combine turkey breast, red onion, celery, apple, parsley, dried cranberries and almonds. Add yogurt, mayonnaise and salt to turkey mixture and stir to combine.
